Pick up is available from our Montreal office at 5520 Rue Chabot, Suite 301, H2H 2S7. Once your order is ready for pick up, we will contact you to schedule a date and time that is most convenient.
Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to coordinate the delivery of your order. If your delivery zone is not included in zones 1, 2, 3, or 4, we will contact you with the additional delivery cost.
Customers may return products within 14 days of receiving your order, in exchange for a store credit, product exchange, or refund, minus a 25% handling fee. The product must be unassembled and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our Montréal office.

Once you have received your item, please take a moment to examine the box before signing the delivery receipt. If the box or the product is damaged, please take pictures of both and report the issue to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the package. We will do our best to ensure the issue gets resolved.
A one year warranty is offered to the original buyer or any APPAREIL Atelier Representative following the reception of your order. This warranty covers damage or defects incurred through normal use. Any claims must be sent to info@appareilatelier along with pictures as proof of damage. We reserve the right to carefully inspect the furniture at our office. If the product is indeed damaged, APPAREIL atelier will send a replacement item and will cover delivery charges.
If the one year warranty has passed, we encourage you to contact us so we can coordinate the repair of your damaged item. Please note that any costs related to the repair are the responsibility of the customer.
